Design Techniques & AIFD-Level Mechanics 5. Workspace Organization & Efficiency DAY 2 — PFDE Mock Evaluation (4-Hour Timed Simulation) 1. Full PFDE Mock Run (4 hours, timed exactly like the real evaluation) Provided: Fresh products Containers and Hard Goods Evaluation criteria sheets Judging rubric (same as PFDE) DAY 3 — Professional Review, Scoring & Guided Improvements 1.
